I seem to recall, once upon a time, that there can sometimes be a delay between when a CD-KEY is active and then shown inactive on WON. Leading, sometimes to false "CD-KEY IN USE" errors...
But is it likely that the users IP would have changed before the wonid database manages to update online-status?
