That looks quite nice, but a little overkill perhaps for people who just want the banning distribution system + web front end like myself. I've settled for sbs which I've added steam support into and also some user management via sql and session control although I don't know how good a solution it is currently (im thinking my code is dodgy :)
Also using an nfs export to share the ban list which gets copied to each server every 10mins.
