http://tisserand.ncuk.net/john/sbs1.01.tar.gz I've added a new field into the sql tables called banid which is used as the primary key (it used to use the wonid). The only other change really was modifying all instances of won to steam. I added a Changelog file also.
Works fine here, so give it a bash. I don't claim to be fluent in php or sql at all so any problems I'll try and see wots happening... Original Author was a one Simon Garner of this list I believe.
