I am hosting several CS servers (1.6) from the same box (linux), and I was wondering if it is possible to specify the .gam file filename, log path and server.cfg filename on the hlds command line, so that I can host several servers from the same installation with differing server.cfgs, differing addons etc etc... This way I can patch and upgrade *one* installation of hl instead of *several*...
I don't think you can do diff liblist.gam files. I wanted to do that becaue I wanted my match server running w/o metamod while running from the same folder as my other servers. I never found a way to do that so I am not sure you can. For the rest of the stuff though, I threw this together a while ago:
