Possibly your server received the 11/26 updat? Anyway, if you have Steam
running on Linux, then you need glic2.3 if you want to run AMX, and you must run
0.9.8a and the Valve version of Metamod 1.17. The Valve Metamod is required in
either case. If you have and AMD processor, then there is also the option of a
AMD optimized version of Metamod compiled by kolargol linked in my lst reply. I
am not aware of what it takes to upgrade Linux to a newer glibc as I use FreeBSD.
