I don't see anything wrong with this setup. Other than no ticrate ( which
only affects server side fps).
What rates are the clients using ( cmdrate updaterate rate cl_rate ) ?
I have found that if you force maxupdaterate you get choke with rates above
the max.

Anyone else have input on this, I have noticed a lot more choke since 1.6 .
