I fixed this on my freebsd boxes by adding '#include <sys/time.h>' to
the top of the includes in rcon.c. I've been using these scripts for
ages and love them. Note if your running them on freebsd and don't have
the same access to /proc that linux would, I switched to use this
gathering method for cpu:

#CPU=`echo $DATA | awk '// {print $8}'`
CPU=`ps -auxwww | grep hlds_i686 | grep -v grep | awk '{print $3}'`

Adjust the grep as needed.

Grrr..

-------
rcon.c:78: storage size of `tv' isn't known
*** Error code 1

Stop in /home/stuff/rcon-1.01/src.
*** Error code 1
-------

Line 78 shows:
    struct timeval tv;

But I am not sure what to do with it. You followed these steps and it
went ok?
