You would think so and if we had seen dozens of plugins causing (directly or indirectly) I would agree. However, at this time I can only see reports of leaks with a few plugins (amx and clanmod iirc). With us knowing adminmod and cdeath work fine through 2 different versions of metamod, the numbers don't support it. Furthermore I can add Statsme 2.8.2 to the (relatively) safe list, I've just spotted it on a port, it's been running for over 2 months, no mem leak. > Im just trying to use logical reasoning here :) But im probably > wrong, there are many things that i don't know about. Atm it's the numbers, with more plugins actually working fine than those causing leaks. > What you say doesn't prove me wrong, more the opposite. The more plugins > that have the same error the more likely it's not because of the plugins. Personally (and I'm sure others will agree with me) I don't care who is right or wrong, it's a technical issue which needs resolving. By hammering out which plugins cause leaks and which don't we have more information to throw at the powers that be, whoever they may be. > Hope you understand me now :) /me nods. > Im not saying im right, just trying to find whats wrong. Aren't we all? :) Vapor _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds_linux
