Odd. Just doing it to a pub really quick... There are a few people pinging in the 20s, alot in the 30s. Doing a quick sys_ticrate 50 and doing another status, I see 1 person in the 40s and a bunch in the 50s. I tried this several times. Normal FPS is around 100-200, HZ 600 ticrate 200.
