Natural Selection does not only use ambient_generic entities for sounds, but also 
provides the possibility to use MP3s (with a trigger_mp3audio entity).
The stopsound command stops the WAV sounds, however it does not work on MP3s, 
therefore in NS some ambience sounds can not be stopped.
Oh before somebody asks: The reason why NS mappers do not simply use MP3s for ALL the 
ambience in the maps is that MP3s can not contain cue points that are required/used to 
loop sounds. Without these cue points there is a small gap / silence before the MP3 
starts to play fromthe beginning, so it's unsuitable for ambience sounds that need to 
be looped seamless.
