It's available in the proc FS (as well as multiple CPU data) and
I'm sure there's a system call to grab it as well. I still think
having the DS autoconfigure the clock by itself is a good idea.
Many server admins are lazy / stupid / etc and this will only
confuse them more. Though it would be nice having the *option*
to set it ourselves. Heh, overclocked Source engine gaming :)
