hi,

i have last weekend upgrade my server to Debian3.1/Sarge.
The problem is, the CPU Usage at my CS 1.6 Servers and czero
are mit glibc 2.3 too high. 20-40% per Server(16 slots). With Debian Stable
and
glibc 2.2 only 1%-20% with the same kernel. I habe conpiled my "own"
gameserverkernel.
Afte editing the /etc/apt/sources.list and an "ap-get update" and "apt-get
dist-upgrade" a have glibc 2.3. Thats not the problem. The problem
is then the high cpu usage with glibc 2.3 !!!
With Debian 3.0 i can run 3 16 Slots CS1.6/Czero without problems on a
XP 2800+ and 1 GB RAM. at 100-200 serverfps.

thx
