Hi and thx, but I've tried this, but the only files i can find are my own (in cstrike and cstrike/cfg)...
And they don't appear...only the default-text... What I did to find my motd.txt was to use slocate. the motd.txt file resides in: /home/$user/cs2src/cstrike (this is my preference) If you have troubles finding your motd.txt do the following: updatedb slocate motd.txt This should find you an accurate location of where motd.txt is in your server.
