Thanks... I noticed something:

I host my server in www.nac.net's datacenter.  I just got on it and my
ping is going from 25-45 on and off.  With just me in it.  I then
connected to another server running in the same datacenter
(cs-server.com's pub since they are in the same place) and get a
steasy 13-19 ping ingame.  Do you think that's the reason for the ping
spikes?
