I already have a solution wich worked from the beginning.
An amx-Plugin, which puts every connected client into a DB and
a php-script on the webserver, verifying the requesting client
to the DB.

But not everybody has the possibillity to run amx and/or DB on
his server, therefor it would be much simpler and better usable
if the referer is sent as planned (a long time ago)

RCon doesn't work, as Michael wrote and log-file analysis works
only, if the webserver runs on the same machine as the gameserver.
(I'd guess scp of the logs every X Minutes from the gameserver to the
webserver would be to slow)
