If anyone knows of any command line rcon utilities for HL2 rcon protocol
then I can knock up a quick bash script to kick/ban anyone with %n in their
name.

If I have to write the rcon utility too its probably not worth the effort as
I assume Valve will be releasing an update soon.

That'd be an overly complicated solution to a simple problem :/
Especially when VALVe are working on a fix (they'd be stupid if they
