Yep, I'm running HLStats and notice the same thing. It looks like some users just don't log at all (problem on user entering the game perhaps). This results in lots of deaths going down as suicides (when the problem player makes the kill) and lots of kills not getting logged at all (when the problem player is killed). Pretty fun.
