I tried to do it and I installed a full new amx version glb2.3.x.
It seems ok with that but I had some personnal plugins and now I have the same problem. I try again without this new plugins but I'm a little bit afraid with the result.
Do you have an other solution?

You're using AMX 0.9.8a, but you're using the stats plugin from 0.9.9? I think you need to rename your current AMX folder to something else and start over. There is no easy way to solve a frankenstien AMX install. Get a fresh copy of AMX and unzip it into your addons folder. Rename the metamod/sample_plugins.ini to plugins.ini and you should be good to go. Then just add your custom plugins back in a couple at a time.
