I come back with a new mod install dl directly from amx mod site.
Metamod 1.17.1 and max 0.9.9. I tried with the default plugins and it worked. i tried to add my needed plugins and it's failed.
I comment some plugins into mt plugins.ini file and now it works perfectly. The problem seems to be on shieldrestriction plugin or into awp_limit plugin.
in any case thanks for your help.
