You don't buy "hot swappable drives". You configure the appropriate RAID array to allow for hot swapping in the even of a drive failure. It's a feature, not a thing. As Matt also mentioned you need the right hardware to accomodate this. Removable hard drive trays and a controller card that support hot swapping.
