Hi,

The mani_thetime_timezone command doesn't adjust the time at all, it
only adds a suffix to the time that is displayed.

I did some more checks on my game servers and I found out that all my
log files are in UTC time. So finally I don't think it's a problem
with the mods.

How can I specify the time zone EST (GMT-5) in hlds or srcds? Why is
hlds using UTC when my system is set to EST (GMT-5)?

If anyone could help me with that it would be great!

Thanks.
