Hi again I found the problem now. To update all of our servers I update one server and distribute all the new files to the servers afterwards by scp, but the 'master-update' missed the files tier0_s_i486.so & vstdlib_s_i486.so for some unknown reason and this was the problem. I updated the master-server once again with -verify_all (I guess I'll have to do that everytime from now on) and then it fetched the missing files.
