The reason I bzip2ed everything was because the sv_downloadurl functionality
was NOT working. i.e when the bz2 files are not on the http server it seems
to revert back the game server and create .ztmp files and send them via the
trickle method to clients.

When the bz2 files are on the http server then it only downloads one file
per map.

Just as a clarification :)

I am still troubleshooting it.

We are looking into this. You should be able to just remove any .bz2 files
from your web server and have it operate as it did before.
