There is no problem with NAT that I know of (apart from the eternal problem of 
people not setting up port mapping, but that is a limitation of the NAT 
technology).
The only bug I am aware of is that a small fraction of servers appear to stop 
reporting to the master server after a couple days of uptime (I am debugging 
this with a couple people experiencing this problem).
