When I ran my testsuite for HL1 earlier to confirm some bugfixes I had amx and metamod running fine for TFC/HLDM, and metamod and amxx running fine for NS, so I can confirm those plugins still work fine after the update (on win2k sp4 and winxp SP2 w/o windows firewall enabled).
Other than that, for those of you who might need to use the gl_log command for whatever reason you need to add -gl_log to command line to use it now; minor omission from the changelog.
