But if VAC / Steam has been updated to not let the GDC cheaters into CSS doesn't that mean that they haven't played on a secure server while it can be detected and they won't be banned? I thought the whole point of delayed bans were to not let the cheaters know that their cheats don't work?
Please, correct me if I'm wrong. I don't mind a cheater on my server if I know he will never play again in a weeks time (as long as I can ban him myself).
