The assert stuff are just warnings. as for the others, install
linux_base-suse-9.3 with something like this, ie;

pkg_delete -f -x linux_base && pkg_add -r linux_base-suse-9.3 &&
mount_linprocfs linprocfs /compat/linux/proc

(If you're wondering, && will abort on error(s))
