Restarting worked for me...
Slightly offtopic: Anyone having any issues with AMX Mod X - Servers won't
boot with it started and bullets won't work when its running on DoD - Dodgy?

I restarted the server several times and it was/is always insecure...
Can someone from valve (Alfred?) confirm this problem?
