Yeah I suppose, I think the different viewpoint here is you're
assuming only server operators,

No but most server operators aren't on this list, a small fraction
are.  But there are over 100000 server operators out there right?  And
millions of users right?  They'd be much more likely to respond on a
web-based bug reporting system then signing up for a mail list they'd
never use.

Yes but that won't stop flaming in bug comments, nor would it keep eric out :)

Nah.  I think that more of an issue is that you'd have a lot more
noise than you think.  I think there should be 2 diff bugzilla, one
for client problems and one for just hlds/srcds problems and make sure
thats clearly defined EVERYWHERE on the site(s). Like:

If you run a server report your bugs here, otherwise go here...

You know what I mean.  I think if you give server operators a place to
report bugs you should give something equal to the clients (the
majority) so they don't report bugs on the hlds bugzilla just because
they don't like the alternative.
