Alfred,

Today one of the srcds servers hung again. Too bad it wasn't running in
debug mode. I tried some commands like 'status' and 'stats', but didn't
notice anything strange. I also looked at the logs that were created, but
nothing special. Just the regular stuff.

Some reports from the players: You can switch weapon, but you can't shoot
it. Unless you put on the silencer. Then you can shoot. You can chat. You
can switch team or go spec. But you still can't move. It's indeed not map
related. Today it was de_dust2 hanging, and the previous times were in
de_aztec and cs_office. Logs work fine. Everything is logged normally, and i
don't see any errors.

These are links to the last two logs. One prior to the crash (during the
mapchange), and one after the mapchange (where players couldn't play).
Logfile L0314030.log shows nothing out of the ordinary. Just a normal "Log
file closed" at the end.

change

We are running a server with all standard maps and many custom maps. It
can
happen on every map. I am very sure about that.

Regards
Ronny

Are you sure about that? Cause i run 6 CS:S servers, and only one, the
cs_office only, is crashing. The others run without problems, as far as i
have detected. And it's not binary related either. We run both Intel and
AMD
procs. This particular server is running on an Intel proc, but the other
server on that proc don't crash (as far as i have seen).
