It has happened to us while playing on our server. It happens directly after a map change. The players join (bot or human) and when you pick a team you spawn but cannot move. you can switch your weapons but not shoot them and you can also look around but the timer stays at zero and you get a round draw after a minute or two of not being able to move. sometimes i just restart the map by giving the @map command with the name of the same map we were trying to play this works 90% of the time but attimes it doesnt usually then i switch to a new map and it works. maybee its not recognizing the players as being alive or on a team or it gets stuck in the time before the round when you can buy stuff? these are all just speculations of my newb mind trying to think of what the game does before the round actually starts and you here "ok lets go".. but thats what happens anyway. I read through the link provided and it seems the problem is predominantly happening on linux based srcds's and does not seem to be related to any plugin, as the problem occurs on mani admin plugin as well as beetles and a few others, even a custom written mod for source. This seems to be a quite elusiive bug in the source engine and not just the hl2 mods because it happens on all of valves game DOD:S CS:S and such. There was a post where the person who wrote their own plugin for CS:S added a feature to automatically detect the round freezups and change the map when this occurs. I think this would be something usefull to add to the mod maybee until the actual cause of this random elusive bug is found. Just a suggestion but i think it would make ALOT of people happy!! Thanks again also we have a windows box an it runs fine from nonameserver.we also have to Linux servers an both are stuck with bot an players frozed due to this bug Most server Hosting Co. that run linux may pull this game from there list cause of this bug
