One thing I don't agree with (sorry VALVe) is the delayed banning. I realize
they are trying to make it so the cheaters don't know what hack they used.
But IMO, that's not very smart. The reason for an anti-cheat tool is to weed
them out before they wreak havoc, not after they've had their fun. So they
find out that the hack they used is VAC-detected. Good. Back to the drawing
board for them, while honest players can continue to have fun.

Unfortunately that's something we have to live with.
Mature admins are the best AC solution at the moment.
It's just crazy how many EULA violators are around these days. In my eyes
that's a clear sign of VAC's and VAC2's failure.

Hi all,
I trusted VAC/VAC2 but since a few days, gamerz don't stop complaining
about
cheaters on our servers.
Today I've spent multiple hours of observation and I saw lots of cheaters.
Afterwards, I spent hours Google and lots of CS-forums looking for a
better
way to protect our servers from cheaters.
Is there some other software that can do the trick ?
Our servers are listed on www.drweb.be
