de_aztec have been having this problem since the start of 1.6. It doesnt
matter what you do on the client or the server.. the ping is aprox twice
the high as other maps.

We have just been forced to live with that.

And on the side note, the rain should be removed from the map since most,
if not close to all, set cl_weather to 0. Or rather delete all the code
that handles weater. Is there anyone that uses weather in the HL1 engine?
