I believe he's referring to the -listen server and not about the ded
servers.  We'd pretty well assume that it will use the standard source
dedicated server which is obviously available in linux and windows
versions.  He may mean they are not set in stone about offering a real
dedicated server period.  If only 500 people have downloaded the files,
then why waste the effort.
