Just figured something out I added mp_dynamicpricing 0 to the valve.rc and
server came back up. Everyone was saying in the server.cfg but wasn't
working for me but works in the valve.rc.

A required update for Counter-Strike: Source has just been released.
Unless your running a Linux server that auto-updates, please run
hldsupdatetool. The changes are:
