I know this is kind of unrelated, but why would you want to run it at 125
tickrate? That actually causes more harm than good. Doors don't work
properly and other things. 100 tickrate is actually bad enough with the door
problem.

Also...I'm not sure if they allow you to go over 100 or not...like I said,
125 would more than likely be degrading to the gameplay than helping it.
Make sure you've set fps_max to more than 125 (make sure the server can
handle a constant 125+ FPS, type stats in console) and make sure the
sv_maxrate is set to 125 or above. I couldn't tell you for sure if you can
actually run @ 125 tick or not...and I'm not going to set it to 125 tick to
find out. Try those cvars though..if the cvars are the problem it will be
those.
