I never had problems with hlstats or mysqld. My server ran smooth before September. I tried HotSaNIC, and it just tells me the same as my scripts: load goes up, but nothing special that should be mentioned. CPU stays low, memory grows up a bit. I still have no clue what the problem is ... must be something plain simple ... And I only get the spikes if I run the HLDS binary.
