DMA is of course enable. Also 32bit mode and unmasked interrupts.

Maybe the memory timings are bad. I don't have access to the BIOS,
maybe I should make a call to the data center.

Network is also 100base full duplex.

My problem is, that this happens since September. Wasn't there a HLDS
update that had some major changes to the scheduling/timers?
