How can I run memtest and check voltage? I am using fedora.

http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/TechnicalResources/0,,30_182_871_13118,00.html
AMD Athlon™ 64 Processors Driver Version 1.60.01 for Linux 2.6.

I would like to install these cpu drivers and rebuilt my kernel. How I can
do that? I have read that "readme" file too, but I am not sure how to
rebuilt my 2.6.22.5-76.fc7 kernel now!?
