Got the exact same problem here. TF2 is slowly consuming the available memory. After a day or 2 it went from 8% to 20+% were 4GB mem is available.

Now I know memory usage is a complicated thing, but I've never seen memory usage like this with the previous engine and DoD:S/CS:S.
