Well I've enabled that on my server and I can't get stalemates to work on cp_ 
maps...

Hmm strange.

Btw the mp_stalemate_enable only affects cp_ maps. Ctf_ and Tc_ still
 have
the sudden death.
I didn't have any sudden death rounds on cp_ maps with
 mp_stalemate_enable 0
