Console output is from the latest cs:source install I did.

"Auto detecting CPU
Using AMD-Opteron (64 bit) Optimised binary."

The binaries available in srcds/bin/ were:
dedicated_amd.so
dedicated_i486.so
dedicated_i686.so

I also see some game hosts that spec AMD systems such as:
http://www.detoxservers.com/2/network.detox

As for other than cs:source I am ignorant.
