My startup command was quick and dirty: ./srcds_run -game cstrike +maxplayers 18 +map de_prodigy
If I force it to bind to the proper IP, it freezes right before it would normally display "Adding master server..." but it doesn't error our about RCON like before. When I unbind the IP and restart, the server starts right up. VAC secured and everything. Only, HLSW can't connect to it ... odd. Could it be acting up because it's being ran in a virtual machine? (I'm not looking for performance here, just want to test some stuff out, hence the VM). Rick Payton, I.T.
