Aloha,
I just downloaded a fresh copy of srcds_l yesterday, and
when trying to start it up, I get the following error:
RCON Server bind failed (Cannot assign requested address)
Network: IP 192.168.10.55, mode MP, dedicated Yes, ports 27015 SV /
27005 CL
What's odd is, the network IP is .54 - NOT .55
This is 32 bit CentOS 5, ran in a VM with 2 cores dedicated to it. Since
HLSW can connect to it, should I worry about anything? I've yet to
actually try connecting a game client to it yet, I just saw the error
and want to trouble shoot that before I move on to new issues.
