Does anyone know if an answer has been found to this problem? My server started exhibiting this problem during the past week. No firewall/network changes were made in years.
I found a post on srcds with no resolution. http://forums.srcds.com/viewtopic/8248 Is deleting the InstallRecord.blob the linux server equivalent of deleting the clientregistry.blob on the client? By the way, my server only sometimes exhibits this problem. People can usually reconnect with no issue. By my players say they don't have the problem anywhere else. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto: [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of 1nsane Sent: 26 August 2008 07:03 AM To: Half-Life dedicated Linux server mailing list Subject: Re: [hlds_linux] Steam ID issues Try disabling the firewall for testing. That way you can see if the problem is with it or something else.
