Since the protocol 48 update,  My DOD 1.3 servers CPU are running much higher 
then before.

Specs: DoD1.3, latest hlds, amxmodx 1.8.1xx,MM 1.19p32,Shrikebot.


I have disabled everything except hlds of course and it runs fine,  idling at 
around 1% CPU.
I have also tested hlds with all of the above together and separately and it 
seems that the CPU only uses excess % if the player amount gets over a certain 
limit (around18 or 19). 

Right now i have 18 players in my dod server and there are 9 humans (CPU is at 
60%),  If i kick one of the bots and make it 17 players the CPU is now at (28%).

Mind you, this is from typing stats multiple times and not just reaing it once.

Anyone have any idea what might be causing this ? :(
