So far, the actual CPU usage on my box is about 6% and memory usage is 
only 640 MB total.  This is on an Intel Core2Duo E6550 @ 2.33GHz with 8 
GB of RAM.

The box is running CentOS 5.2 (32-bit) with a custom kernel.
