Hello,

I have 8 forked servers running. Two of these servers have
sv_search_key and sv_password set in their serverXX.cfg files. However,
I am not able to find these servers if I try to join from a lobby.
Entering "sv_search_key" and "sv_password" into the console of each
server shows that these cvars are indeed set.

Here is the command line I used to start the servers:

./srcds_run
-game left4dead
+map l4d_dem_hospital01_apartment
+ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
-netconport 9000+##
-netconpassword xxxxxxxx
-steamport 27690+##
+sv_lan 0
+sv_allow_lobby_connect_only 0
+exec server##.cfg
-nohltv
-autoupdate
-debug
-fork 8

The clientport, hostport, matchmakingport, and systemlinkport are
specified in each server's config file. Ports are spaced far enough
apart that they will not conflict.

When I start L4D, I do the following:

- Enter "sv_search_key XXXX" into the console (where XXXX is the search key)

- "Play Campaign"->"Play With Friends"
- "Create Lobby"->"Campaign Mode"
- "Create Lobby"
- "Start The Game"

It sits for a while searching for servers, then pops up a dialog which says:

Connection Failed.
No dedicated server found. Host game locally?

I tried changing the sv_search_key to something shorter but this did not
work. I tried changing the value of sv_allow_lobby_connect_only but
this also had no effect. Also tried "heartbeat" on the console, but it
didn't seem to help.

Additionally, I have noticed that server #1 is consistently full, but no
one seems to be joining servers 2-6 (7 and 8 are the passworded ones).
Server #1 is listening on 27015, so I'm wondering if this could have
anything to do with the other ports being blocked. I know the firewall
is not supposed to interfere so long as 27015 is open, but it appears
that the other ones cannot be connected to.

Any ideas?

     Thanks,
     Dave
