Srctv records voice in its demos, yes. Separating it programmatically would be a pain in the butt. The best I can think of is start the game and play the demo from the command line. Mute all game sounds and only have voice playing. Record the audio being played. There is a CVAR to close the game when demo playback is completed.
The other option would be to parse the demo file yourself, but a lot of that stuff is undocumented I think. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Lee | RTL-Servers Sent: Monday, February 02, 2009 12:03 AM To: Half-Life dedicated Linux server mailing list Subject: Re: [hlds_linux] voice comms audio recording? Hello, Srctv records ingame voice ? Cant see it being too much effort to sperate the voice stream. -Lee _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds_linux _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds_linux
