The main problems besides the 13 year old kids are: 1. Steam forum volunteers (moderators) have no skill or knowledge at all, this leads to alot of deleted threads. 2. Valve employees do not read or answer in the Steam forums, so no feedback at all.
This means we will have to send our problems to the Valve employees directly instead to the mailing list.
